Global Himalaya Alliance Releases Press About SEC’s Fabricated Allegations Against Miles Guo

On March 15th, more than 100 FBI agents raided Miles Guo’s New York residence. Miles was forcibly taken to court for interrogation. Subsequently, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Southern District of New York (SDNY) proposed a series of fabricated allegations against Miles Guo.

In this regard, Global Himalaya Alliance released press at once, pointing out that it was an unrestricted lawfare by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) through manipulation of the U.S. justice system. And it was a perfect example of the CCP’s successful weaponization of America’s federal government agencies.

From 2017, the moment Miles began whistleblowing against the CCP’s kleptocrats and launching the Take Down the CCP movement, CCP launched consistent unrestricted lawfare against Miles and the Whistleblowers Movement. Through its BGY (B as blue – control of the internet, G as gold – the money, and Y as yellow – the sex) strategy, CCP used bribed western politicians, lawyers, judges, and media that have launched more than 70 lawsuits against Miles and have persecuted Miles’ family and members of the New Federal State of China (NFSC.) The Global Himalaya Alliance stated that it will work with the Rule of Law Foundation, the Rule of Law Society, and more concerned entities and individuals to fight back against the CCP’s unrestricted lawfare. We believe in the power of justice, and we believe the rule of law in the U.S. will uphold justice. We believe the CCP’s weaponization of U.S. federal government agencies, and CCP’s unrestricted lawfare against Miles and NFSC will awaken the American people and all western justice forces to stand with NFSC and defend America’s judicial justice and independence.
