CCP’s Provincial Public Security Department Owes Utility Bills

It is reported that on February 27th, 2023, a “Letter of notice for non-payment of electricity” circulated on the Internet. The document of unpaid fees is issued by Nanning Power Supply Bureau of Communist China’s Southern Power Grid. The letter shows that from January 2023 to February 24th, 2023, the Guangxi Provincial Public Security Department of the CCP owed more than 480,000 Chinese Yuan, or 70,000 USD in electricity bills and default fees.

The bills remained unsettled after several reminders. In accordance with the Communist China’s “Regulations on the Supply and Use of Electricity” and the contract, blackout measures will be imposed beginning from February 27th, 2023. The report said so far the Public Security Department still has electricity and could work normally. China Southern Power Grid customer service confirmed the unpaid electricity bills and said the blackout measures are subject to on-site situation.

According to the official media of the CCP, at 13:00 on the 27th, the principal of the electricity bill owed by the Guangxi Public Security Department of the CCP was paid at 10 a.m, on 28th, but more than 6,000 yuan or 874 USD default fees is not paid yet. The two state units of Communist China appeared together on the hot list of Weibo, a Communist China’s social media, and were ridiculed by netizens as “Government agencies are fighting each other”. Heated discussions among netizens concluded that “The CCP has run out of money.”
