In early 2022, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) teamed up with the U.S. SEC to illegally use false information to completely shut down the GTV project. The SEC seized the funds legitimately invested by the Whistleblower Movement’s fellow fighters and caused serious economic losses. Such a move put the investors who were inside Communist China in depth at risk of their lives. They were investigated by national security, and in some cases even disappeared.
In response, the oppressed NFSC people spontaneously came to the front of the U.S. Capitol, a symbol of the highest political power in the U.S., on January 19th, to defend their legal rights and protest against the SEC. They called for an end to the weaponization of American justice as well as racial discrimination. They urged a thorough investigation of the collusion behind the DOJ, SEC, and the CCP.
