Canadian Military’s CCP Virus Vaccine Mandate Warned As Illegal

According to local media reports on October 24th, the Canadian Armed Forces’ legal and medical advisers warned in August 2021 about the illegality of the mandatory coronavirus vaccine policy. However, the Commander of Armed Forces chose to ignore it. Two months later, more than 90% of active-duty soldiers were forced to be vaccinated against the CCP virus.

 On August 27th, 2021, a briefing was submitted by Major General Trevor Cadieu to the Chief of Defense Staff, General Wayne Eyre. The briefing was prepared in “”close collaboration”” by senior medical, legal, political, and public affairs officials and contains legal analysis from the Justice Department. The briefing warned that because of the significant risks associated with the vaccine, requiring all troops to be vaccinated against the coronavirus is unnecessary and “”may not constitute a lawful order.””

 General Eyre, despite being warned, still cites the 1998 case of a former sergeant who was successfully indicted by the Department of Defense for refusing an anthrax vaccine and plans to threaten and punish those on active duty who disobey. At present, about 300 unvaccinated service members have been dismissed by the authorities on the grounds of “”disobeying military orders,”” and about 1,000 service members’ exemption applications have been rejected.

 In addition, the briefing also described the purpose of the Trudeau government’s CCP virus vaccination mission as, “”not only to protect public health but to allow the federal government to demonstrate leadership and assist in economic recovery.”” Accordingly, an Edmonton lawyer Catherine Christensen, who obtained the briefing through the Access to Information Act, argued that the briefing showed that General Eyre’s order was politically driven.
