U.S. President Joe Biden warned Russia on September 30th against making any threat and America with NATO allies would guard every inch of NATO territory. “America and its allies are not going, let me emphasize this, are not going to be intimidated by Putin and his reckless words and threats,” Biden said at the White House, “America’s fully prepared with our NATO allies to defend every single inch of NATO territory. Every single inch.” Russia’s provocations and threats are a sign it’s struggling.
Biden also said that the leak of the Nord Stream pipeline was deliberate and Russia was spreading rumors. The U.S. would work with its allies to investigate what exactly happened.
United States also launched economic sanctions on hundreds of Russian officials and companies, after Putin’s illegal annexation of four regions of Ukraine on the grounds of referendums.
