Zero-Covid Policy Continues Before the CCP’s 20th National Congress; 33 Cities in Communist China Under Lockdown

33 cities in Communist China, including seven provincial capitals and one municipality directly under the central government, are under partial or full static management due to the epidemic, affecting the lives of more than 65 million people.

The provincial capitals under control are: Chengdu, Sichuan; Lhasa, Tibet; Xining, Qinghai; Urumqi, Xinjiang; Shijiazhuang, Hebei; Guiyang, Guizhou; and Harbin, Heilongjiang.

During the summer, Hainan, Tibet, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Yunnan, and other summer tourism hotspot provinces reported outbreaks and implemented static management, which once led to a large number of tourists stranded until the epidemic control gradually alleviated in mid to late August. However, during the school season in late August and early September, the epidemic resumed in Hebei, Sichuan, Liaoning, and Guangdong, and many places, again, took control measures.

Miles Guo pointed out in a live broadcast on September 4th that the CCP’s Zero-Covid policy is an electronic prison for people through technical means. After the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s 20th National Congress, the CCP will not only keep on implementing the Zero-Covid policy but will also use it as an opportunity to consolidate its rule throughout the world.
