Florida Governor Pushes to Eliminate Vaccine Mandate, Allow Victims to Sue for Damages

It was reported on Aug 23rd that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis called for the end of mandatory vaccination against the CCP virus and supported victims of jabs to file a lawsuit for damages.

DeSantis made the above comments days after the U.S. CDC’s latest update of the CCP virus guidance. On Aug 11th, the CDC renounced the recommendations of self-quarantine for Americans in close contact with the infected and within at least 6 feet of social distance.

Moreover, CDC said in its Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report on Aug 19th that CDC’s prevention recommendations no longer distinguish based on a person’s vaccination status due to breakthrough infections. On top of that, the unvaccinated persons who have got infected with the CCP virus, to some extent, have developed antibodies to prevent severe illness.

As early as last Aug 19th, DeSantis expressed his views during the Unite and Win Rally in Pittsburgh. On June 17th, DeSantis accused the White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre that when answering journalists’ questions, she told a lie that Florida allowed health care providers to order and administer mRNA vaccines for children aged 6 months to 5 years.

Three days later, he reiterated that his state would order no mRNA vaccines for children under 5 years and advised those intended to make a different decision to look at the actual data in the clinical trial.

DeSantis noted that both the federal government and pharmaceutical companies have lied about the efficacy and safety of the experimental mRNA vaccines to make as many people as possible receive the jabs. Whoever has been forced to take the injection and ended up with an adverse reaction should be able to start legal proceedings over the vaccine mandate and obtain compensation.
