Conservative Party Voting for Next UK PM Delayed Due to Hacking Alert

A Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) spy agency has warned that the people’s ballots may be at risk of cyber hacking. As a result, the voting for the next British Prime Minister by the members of the British Conservative Party has been postponed.

The Telegraph reported on August 2nd, that even though there have been no specific threats from any hostile countries, it is more of a precautionary measure to plug the loopholes in the voting process.

Due to these concerns, the Conservative Party has been forced to abandon plans to allow party members to change their votes for the next leader, late in the contest. Approximately 160,000 postal ballots, which were supposed to be sent to the party members earlier on Monday, have not yet been dispatched and estimated to reach them by August 11th.

Former Finance Minister Rishi Sunak and Foreign Secretary Liz Truss are vying for the leadership to succeed Boris Johnson as the next UK Prime Minister.

The fact that there has been an increase in the number of hackers linked to the Chinese Government, is also the main factor that led to the delay. Without any concrete evidence of manipulation of the ministerial candidates, the UK would not have suspended the voting procedures. No country would want hackers to meddle with their internal affairs and let the CCP’s cyber army succeed in their ulterior motives.

In a recent video, Miles Guo was heard mentioning that women will dominate the world and it can be a sign that the next UK Prime Minister may be Liz Truss.
