Miles’ Bankruptcy Exposed Most Horrible Corruption in U.S. Justice

Miles Guo revealed on a Gettr video in July 7th and livestream on the 8th that in his bankruptcy case, the property trustee designation supposed to be by the U.S. Department of Justice was actually manipulated by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and was replaced by the Communist regime’s own lackey, which reveals the biggest corruption in American justice.

 The trustee program in the U.S. is part of the justice process and protects the integrity of bankruptcy enforcement system by supervising the trial and litigation of bankruptcy cases. Trustee consists of the U.S. Trustee Executive Office in Washington, D.C., 21 regional U.S. Trustee offices, and 90 field offices operating in all federal jurisdictions except the State of Alabama and the State of North Carolina. Trustee has the right to take all property of the parties in bankruptcy.

 In Miles’ case, the Communist dictatorship facilitated the replacement of trustee appointed by Department of Justice into a partner of PAG for Miles, which violates disinterested principle, in broad daylight. This is a tip of the iceberg corruption between U.S. Judiciary and the authoritarian regime.

 In 2017, Miles said that he would challenge the CCP in the U.S. and experience hardship to show Americans that there is not only political corruption such as Jho Low, Hagan Bartham and Steve Wynn in the States, but also companies like PAG infiltrating and manipulating of the entire American judicial system together with Beijing.

 The bankruptcy case of Miles will be a strategic wealth of the New Federal State of China (NFSC). The value and significance of the case itself is the is the accumulated outcome of Wang Jian’s death, Conference on Wang Jian at November 20th, 2018, and the Hainan Airlines (HNA) series incidents. All lawyers, Ministry of Justice officials, Hong Kong officials, all PAG executives, lawyers, and in-house lawyers involved in the case will eventually be held accountable.

 Miles has 76 active cases, and all of which he has personally appeared in court. It has taken almost 5 to 6 years, with tremendous amount of cash spent and huge risk to face.
