CCP Prepares For Public Opinions Following Quarantine in Dalian and Qingdao

On April 16th, Miles Guo warned that the CCP would soon impose major quarantines on Qingdao, Dalian, Harbin, Haikou and other cities.

According to the CCP media, on April 17th, local time, the city of Dalian launched nucleic acid testing for all employees; threatening that if people do not have nucleic acid testing, their green health codes will automatically turn into yellow ones and will bear the corresponding legal consequences.

From the end of March to April 16th, the daily number of new infections in Qingdao did not exceed 3 cases, including those of asymptomatic infections. On April 17th, the Qingdao authorities claimed that the number of people with asymptomatic infections had suddenly increased to 18, and illegally published the whereabouts of these people. In addition, a domestic express company has suspended sending express mail to Qingdao. The Qingdao Construction Management Department issued a public statement that some construction sites have not fulfilled their duties of pandemic prevention and control, including disinfection, personnel control, and closed management, etc.

There are various signs showing that the CCP is now preparing for public opinions for the large-scale quarantine in Dalian and Qingdao.
