On the morning of April 12th, a severe mass shooting occurred on a subway in Brooklyn, New York. 10 people have been shot and 16 injured.
According to reports, an African American wearing an orange construction vest put on a gas mask and set off smoke grenades in the New York subway carriage then opened fire 33 times on the passengers in the carriage and on the platform. Seven men and three women were shot, and several other passengers were injured in the trampling as they fled. The murderer, on the other hand, quickly fled after the shooting. The live photos show multiple Asian Americans were also among the injured.
Currently, New York Police Department has arrested the criminal, Frank R James. The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York will charge him with one count of violating 18 U.S.C. 1992(a)(7), which prohibits terrorist and other violent attacks against mass transportation systems. James May face up to life in prison, prosecutors said.
