New Federal State Of China | Whistleblower Movement

Prosecutors of the Southern District of New York Admitted Cooperation With the CCP

On March 15, 2023, Miles Guo, a leading critic of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and founder of the New Federal State of China, was arrested by federal authorities in New York. Over 100 FBI agents raided his New York residence, handcuffed him, and then took him to court for interrogation on allegations of fraud.

The latest news showed that the March 15th hearing was presided over by federal Judge Katharine H. Parker, who told New York prosecutors that they had a legal obligation to consistently disclose to Miles Guo any information that may help impeach a government-produced witness testimony and/or is otherwise favorable to Miles Guo, including their contacts with foreign governments or other contacts that may be conflicts of interest by any persons involved in the prosecution or investigation of Miles Guo’s case.

Therefore, prosecutors in charge of Miles Guo’s case were forced to admit in court in front of the federal judge, that they had “worked a lot with China” during their investigation of Miles. Obviously, this statement evoked a series of intense reactions, as it’s well known that Miles Guo is the number one enemy of the CCP, but prosecutors have cooperated with the CCP till now. This alone completely obliterates any credibility the prosecution may claim to have.

Then Judge Parker entered a written order on March 16th explicitly laying out the government’s disclosure obligations and warned of serious consequences for noncompliance. Meanwhile, the reporter of the Gateway Pundit briefly pointed out the core of this event: The CCP is determined on destroying America, and Miles Guo just happens to be in the way.
