According to media reports, on March 9, Russia launched a “massive rocket attack” of missile strikes on the infrastructure across Ukraine. The power line between the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant and the Ukrainian power system was cut off because of the attack and the country was forced to impose emergency blackouts. The Ukrainian government stated that the Russian military used 6 hypersonic missiles, causing power outages in several Ukrainian cities, and at least 6 people have been reported dead so far. It is understood that Russia unleashed the assault in the early morning local time, while Ukraine army was defending the town of Bakhmut. Miles Guo, the founder of the New Federal State of China, previously revealed that the Chinese Communist Party had sent People’s Liberation Army Rocket Force to participate directly in the Russia-Ukraine war on March 1st. Therefore, observers speculate that the secret force behind this missile attack may be the Rocket Force of Communist China.
