PRC, Iran And Russia Strengthen Triangular Strategic Alliance Against The West

On the first anniversary of the outbreak of Putin’s aggression against Ukraine, Biden visited Kyiv before Putin’s State of the Union address to show his determination to support Ukraine. In response, CCP foreign minister Wang Yi landed in Moscow claiming the rock-solid relationship between China and Russia.

In the name of negotiating peace, Wang Yi made a 12-point proposal, among which he called all countries’ “sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity be effectively guaranteed” after Putin claimed Ukraine a “historical territory” of Russia, which echoes CCP’s claim that “Taiwan is a historical territory of China”. Furthermore, Xi Jinping plans to visit Moscow next if the West does not accept his proposal, to form a strategic iron triangle against the West.

To break the EU’s tie with the U.S., Beijing is targeting the vulnerable economy of its members. To assist Putin’s aggression against Ukraine, Xi plans to provide Russia with a full range of weapons and supplies including tactical balloons, UAVs, missiles and telecommunication technology. What is even more exaggerated is Xi’s intention to follow Mao’s example by sending the PLA directly to the Russian-Ukrainian theater in the name of People’s Volunteer Army, joining forces with the Wanger Group.

As for Taiwan, politicians compromised by Beijing will raise their voices against the U.S. House speaker Kevin McCarthy’s visit and a regional military coup may occur, setting a pretext for Beijing to take over Taiwan.
