Judge Rules NFSC A Legal Organization To Exterminate The CCP

On January 31st, the hosts of “The Fay Fay Show”, a program of the New Federal State of China that aims to deconstruct the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) and it’s infiltration in the Western world, analyzed the case of the Mountains of Spices LLC (Himalaya MOS Farm), a branch institution of the New Federal State of China, against Wei Lihong, a traitor of the Whistleblower Movement who turned out working for the CCP. The hosts noted that the biggest highlight of the case was the judge’s ruling that the New Federal State of China and the Whistleblower Movement were legitimate organizations dedicated to advocating democracy in China and overthrowing the CCP. This lays a good foundation for any future lawsuits against the CCP’s relentless legal warfare against the New Federal State of China.

With regard to this lawsuit, on January 27th, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona ruled that Mountain of Spice Farm could recover $4.5 million from Wei Lihong and Maywind, a company that associated with the defendant, plus the interest accrued since the judgment was entered. The judge noted on the legal file that the Himalaya MOS Farm and the New Federal State of China represent legitimate groups dedicated to advancing democracy in China and taking down the CCP, and are doing what is right. All investments involved are fully legal, and the court accepted all information submitted by Himalaya MOS Farm.

This legal judgement with historic significance will set an important precedent for us to win a series of future lawsuits against the CCP under U.S. case law.
