On January 24, Miles Guo revealed in his GETTR post that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) now has a new policy called “Three Noes and One Zero.” First, no death tolls of Chinese people will be allowed in any media. The CCP has turned them all into top classified documents from the National Bureau of Statistics, crematoriums, or even tax forms. Second, no major national projects, such as military and defense projects like aircraft carriers, will be approved. Third, absolutely no compromise will be allowed on the policy of “Common Prosperity,” which is the CCP’s consistent practice of “taking down the landowners and sharing their lands.” The communist regime wants to confiscate all the property of private entrepreneurs such as Jack Ma, Pony Ma, Wang Jianlin, and Lei Jun.
In addition, “One Zero” specifically refers to “zero overseas investments” in 2023 since the CCP knows that its illegal wealth overseas will undoubtedly be seized. The negotiation between Liu He and Janet Yellen is actually about how to entangle each other in several hundred billion dollars of foreign debt.
