CCP’s Arrogant And Malicious Unrestricted Lawfare Are Under Investigation In The U.S.

On January 10th, in his Gettr post, Miles Guo pointed out that the U.S. Congress has initiated the investigation to identify those been compromised by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) within key government departments of the United States, and the CCP has mobilized its undercover agents against the New Federal State of China (NFSC).

Currently, the U.S. Congress is working intensively on the five major issues against the CCP, and the unrestricted lawfare targeting Miles and the NFSC by Beijing through vexatious accusations from PAG and Paul Hastings has drawn their attention. They’ve started questioning: What’s going on with Luc Despins’ blackmail for $250 Million? Why the New York Southern District Court insisted on summary judgment without a full trial on Miles’ bankruptcy? What’s Shan Weijian’s role? What’s the role PAX? And Why do these cases overlap with the Department of Justice, FBI and SEC and what are their roles in these?

Miles feels confident that all those compromised by the CCP inside the U.S. Department of Justice, New York Southern District Court will definitely be identified, and related cases will eventually be re-investigated.
