It is reported that Xi is planning to visit Saudi Arabia before the end of the year to seek ways to deepen relations between the two countries and advance a multipolar world that is no longer dominated by the US in the international order. The two sides are finalizing details of a summit between Xi and Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The summit will underscore the Communist China’s growing influence in the Middle East, while also demonstrating the growing ties between oil-rich Saudi Arabia and the US’s main adversary, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The US has long held a dominant position in the Middle East, but now the “atmosphere” is changing.
