In the past 5 years since 2017, when Pacific Alliance Asia Opportunity Fund L.P. (PAX), a subsidiary of Pacific Alliance Group (PAG), launched a lawsuit against Miles Guo, who has been deeply involved in PAG’s judicial entanglements. From the Southern District Court of New York to the bankruptcy court of Connecticut, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has attempted to destroy CCP’s No.1 enemy through unrestricted judicial warfare. On October 21, Miles issued an important notice that the attorneys representing PAG are negotiating with his legal team. With the premise of respecting the law and to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement, Miles has called on his global fellow fighters and supporters to stop searching for and publishing the information on people and companies related to the PAG lawsuit. Meanwhile, he has also called his global fellow fighters to remove unfavorable information already published and involving PAG’s individuals and families related to PAG’s lawsuit, as well as stop spreading it.
