Iran is about to announce the death of Supreme Leader Khamenei

On September 29th, Miles Guo revealed during Gettr liveStream that Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is likely to be declared dead within 48 hours due to the failure of heart surgery.

 According to Mr. Miles Guo, Khamenei began surgery for heart failure three days ago due to myocarditis. The surgery includes various complex procedures such as bypass. His heart surgery lasted until September 29th (US Eastern Time).

 At noon on the 29th (US Eastern Time), Khamenei’s medical team agreed that the heart surgery failed and Khamenei could not be saved, therefore they asked his assistants to prepare to announce Khamenei’s death.Khamenei is said to have been vaccinated against the CCP virus (Covid-19).
