In the video, the old man showed the registration information to the residents of the neighborhood committee through the iron gate, saying that his legs and feet were so swollen that he could not urinate. At that time, he had made an appointment to the specialist clinic and asked the neighborhood committee to let him go to see a doctor. However, no matter how the old man pleaded, the staff ruthlessly rejected him. The surrounding residents stepped forward to help the old man speak, but it was of no avail.

In the end, the old man had no choice but to kneel down, but the neighborhood committee remained indifferent and refused to let him go. At present, relevant reports about the video have been deleted from Chinese Communist Party (CCP) controlled Weibo, NetEase, and other media outlets.

The first time was when the community volunteers were not given meals, and the second time that the neighborhood committee was found to be hiding materials by residents, and this video is the third time.
