EDA Supply Cutoff will have a Far Reaching Impact on China

On August 14th, Miles Guo said in his Grand Live Broadcast that the current large-scale high-speed rail outage in China and the paralysis of medical system in Shanghai hospitals show that the decoupling of science and technology between China and the U.S. will bring the Chinese regime back to the Stone Age.

The most important use of such technology is engineering design, such as high-speed rail, aircraft, and the launch of spacecraft to explore Mars and the moon, especially national-level projects including nuclear engineering and weapons development.

China does not have a self-developed software that is capable. The country has no independent intellectual property rights for automobiles and aircraft engines, nor the technical software and machine tool equipment for manufacturing.

This time, the U.S. restricted the export of chip development software EDA technology. In the future, China will see that planes cannot fly, satellites will fall from the sky, people are sick without medicine, computers cannot be turned on, and the regime cannot even have Covid-19 testing done. The cutoff of EDA supply will have a profound impact on the autocracy, limiting the very DNA of its entire modern life. Without it, the entire society is doomed to collapse.
