New Federal State Of China | Whistleblower Movement

Whistleblower Movement exposed the dark nature of the Chinese Communist Party by American law

On July 22nd, Miles Guo said in the live broadcast about the lawsuit against PAG that the case is essentially just a personal bankruptcy case. As far as the case goes, it will only be fake, that is, all about money. Miles believes in the procedural justice of American law.

Miles admitted that all judicial cases in American history will eventually return to the essence of justice, which is “procedural justice”. Any procedural injustice in America will be overturned sooner or later.

In the case of Miles, from the Bankruptcy Court in Connecticut to the New York Court in Southern District, procedural injustice has happened so many times. A personal guaranteed case, from not allowing any evidencing documents to be provided against their fake claim of 30 million loans, and then 30 million to 130 million, plus 120 million in the Lady May case, plus interest, a total of 260 million. What’s more, Miles applied for bankruptcy and someone supported personal him, but someone did not allow him to go bankrupt. What’s worse, Miles wanted to cancel the bankruptcy, but someone was not allowed. Then he entrusted the trustee and replaced the truster with a conflict of interest. In addition to PAG, the initiators of this case, O’Melveny, Paul Heng, Luc A., and Bruno Wu, wanted to take Miles down.

Behind this series of operations is the Chinese Communist Party(CCP). This is not a bad thing for Miles and the Whistleblowers Movement. Miles will defeat the enemies by U.S. law. CCP has violated so many procedural rules so far, which provide the Whistleblowers Movement with massive resources. The dark power, in the U.S. DOJ, just verifies the facts behind the CCP.
