On July 22nd, Miles Guo said on a Gettr Livestream that the lawyer Eric, representing himself in the PAG case, is in charge of lawyer ethics at his law firm and specializes in conflicting interests.
According to Eric, in the case between Miles and PAG, Edward Moss and Richard Frankel, former FBI directors and Wu Zheng’s partners provided false information to PAX (the parent company of PAG), which is typically a conflict-of-interest case and a breach of professional ethics. Edward Moss is facing law license revocation and removal from the bar.
In this case, the trustee Luc and P&H were not abiding by the law, and on the judge’s request to answer whether the trustee is in the conflicting interest of Miles since its clients include many Chinese State Owned Companies, the question was ignored and left unanswered.
Eric also mentioned that Miles’ bankruptcy was a Chapter 11 reorganization case, not a Chapter 7 personal bankruptcy one and that Miles’ also honestly declared his asset.
