Nearly 70% of Russia’s Missiles Attacks Non-military Targets

On July 15th, the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia was bombed by Russian forces. The Ukrainian Defense Ministry accused Russia of up to 70 percent of missile attacks on peaceful cities and non-military targets.

According to the news, the city of Vinnytsia, about 200 kilometers southwest of the capital Kyiv, was attacked by Russian troops on the 14th, and an office building in the city was destroyed by cruise missiles launched by Russian submarines from in the Black Sea, killing at least 23 people, including three young children, and injuring dozens more. Of the three young children was a 4-year-old girl with Down syndrome.

The missiles also destroyed a nearby medical center. The head of the center said that some people came to the hospital for treatment of severe burns. Two other doctors were also seriously injured.

After the attack, Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Oleksandr Motuzyanyk accused the Russian military attacks on peaceful cities and non-military targets on the 15th, with only 30% of the attacks were aimed at military targets, and Russia should be identified as a terrorist state.
