Disney Gets Sued for CCP Virus Vaccine Mandate Discrimination

On June 30, three employees of Disney filed a discrimination lawsuit against The Walt Disney Company and Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, Inc. in the court of Osceola County, Florida.

During the press conference, the “cast member” group shared that the legal challenge represents the plight of all employees in Florida and around the nation, they stated that Disney has imposed harsh, unreasonable, and discriminatory “Augmented Health and Safety Protocols” enforced arbitrarily against their employees. These protocols sublimed the “unvaccinated” employees as perpetually exposed or infectious with disease and a perpetual danger to other cast and guests; when the employees objected to Disney’s unlawful discrimination against them, Disney suspended and terminated their working contract.

Disney temporarily closed the business due to the CCP virus pandemic on Mar 15, 2020, and reopened after 4 months; upon reopening, Disney’s safety protocols for the CCP virus pandemic are within general protocols, including the use of double facemasks, face shields, or goggles; 5 days or until recover home isolation for the cast who were feeling sick or who tested positive for CCP virus infection, and socially distancing regulations; self-reporting system. On July 30, 2021, Disney announced its CCP virus vaccine mandate policy to its entire U.S. cast with a “vaccinate or terminate” policy. According to the policy, all subject cast members would have to “verify” full vaccination status within 60 days.
