U.S. Congressional Hearing Confirms CCP’s Abuse of Interpol Red Notice

A Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives said, the CCP’s officials have used Red Notice issued by Interpol to mobilize law enforcement resources from other countries to harass, intimidate, suppress, arrest and detain overseas dissidents criticizing the communist dictatorship in the international operations orchestrated by Beijing. This is how the Chinise Communist Party (CCP) imposes political repression. It extradites people back to the China not necessarily because they have actually committed any of the alleged crimes other than freed speech, but just for the purpose of political repression.

Uzra Zeya,under Secretary of State for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human rights, in response to Republican Mast said, “We absolutely share your concern that the Interpol Organization could be abused to target political dissidents, human rights defenders, activists, journalists and others in repressive operations.” She added, Interpol established a committee in 2016 to review requests for “Red Notice” issuance to ensure they are not being used for CCP’s “transnational repression” as stated by committee members and witnesses. Transnational repression means Beijing sending agents to other countries to suppress the activities of overseas anti-CCP dissidents.uals who live in other countries, the Communist China Government claims that these individuals pose a threat to the Communist China’s Security.

In 2017, Miles Guo exposed that the CCP once had bribed Interpol Organization in order to place Meng Hongwei, the former Under Ministry of Public Security of the CCP, as the president of Interpol Organization to prevent Miles Guo from exposing the corrupt materials of CCP Kleptocrats, such as Wang Qishan and etc. They instructed Meng Hongwei to issue a “Red notice”, in an attempt to repatriate Miles Guo to China. On one hand, they illegally arrested, imprisoned and brutally persecuted Miles Guo’s family members and colleagues, in an attempt to keep Miles silent. On the other hand, they sent Liu Yanping, Sun Lijun to the U.S. to threaten and bribe, like a sinner under the guise of a saint.
