At 11:00 on the 14th, the Guangdong Provincial Hydrology Bureau upgraded its flood warning of the downstream section of the Northwest River to a yellow warning signal.At the same time, Hunan announced the first flood of the Xiangjiang in 2022 while the first flood in Ganzhou city of Jiangxi province has also been formed.
