On May 23, about 520 military service members filed a lawsuit against the government, alleging it is illegal to force them to receive the CCP virus vaccine.
Since the mandate on Aug. 23, 2021, from the U.S. Secretary of Defense, 55% of the military has been vaccinated. This lawsuit indicates they were all vaccinated illegally and under duress.
The case comes on the heels of a related ruling effected on May 20. On that day, the Navy Administrative Board voted 3-0 to rule that a Navy lieutenant, who refused to be vaccinated against the CCP virus, did not commit any misconduct and should be allowed to continue serving.
