The “Special Provision System” Under The Chinese Communist Party’s Power System

From the Yan’an era to the present, the CCP has established a system of “special supply” for its senior cadres that are separate from the general public. The “Great Leap Forward” campaign triggered a three-year famine that resulted in the deaths of tens of millions of people, and during that time, the CCP’s “special supply” system was formalized.

In order to ensure its officials’ need for food, tobacco, and alcohol, the CCP implemented a privileged supply system according to rank. For instance, the treatment of ministers and above was better than that of the cadres in the authorities; the latter was better than that of the urban people; the same goes with urban people over peasants.

This rationing system made the peasants at the lowest end of the food supply chain. The CCP created people’s communes in the countryside, set up public canteens, and disallowed peasants to store food in their homes; all food had to be handed over to the public. The grossly unfair distribution system caused a large number of peasants to have died of starvation during the three-year famine, and there was even a tragedy of the “man-eating man.”

Today, in the name of being servants of the people, CCP officials enjoy special supplies of all kinds. They care nothing about the Chinese grassroots. The air, food, and drinking water qualities are far below the World Health Organization’s standards for humans, which causes a large number of people to suffer from various malignant diseases.

Miles Guo has repeatedly warned the world that the food crisis is approaching, and the world is buying up grain reserves. However, the CCP is still carrying out a series of outrageous lockdowns, causing farming to miss the critical planting time. The tragedy of the three-year famine will be inevitably repeated. When a food crisis arises, the CCP’s “special supply” system will ensure that CCP officials get through the difficult times without worrying about the lives of the Lao-bai-xing. Therefore, only by overthrowing the CCP and breaking the “special offer” system can we fundamentally end the rule of privilege.
