The First Family Of CCP Virus Vaccine Victim To Receive Compensation In Italy

On May 24th, an Italian court ruled that the relatives of a woman who died from the CCP virus vaccine should receive €77,000 for death compensation. It is reported that the 37-year-old woman, a teacher, got a blood clot in her brain after her first dose of CCP virus vaccine on March 1st, 2021, and died on March 24th. Subsequently, the woman’s relatives filed a death compensation lawsuit but blocked the claim process twice.

Until May 2022, the local Ministry of Health affirmed the existence of a causal link between the woman’s death and the CCP virus vaccine. Her family thus will receive €77,000 in compensation. The acting lawyer argued that it is the state’s responsibility to compensate for the CCP virus vaccine deaths because the Ministry of Health compelled people to be vaccinated.

Previously, the Hong Kong government established the Indemnity Fund for Adverse Events Following Immunization with Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) Vaccines (AEFI Fund) on May 18th this year. The fund approved its first death compensation case for the CCP virus vaccine with a payout of HKD 2 million.
