PAX Litigation Converted from Civil to Criminal

On April 26th, Miles Guo announced on GETTR that the PAX litigation had been successfully converted from a civil case to a criminal one. Miles Guo said that the CCP agents involved in this case, including Wu Zheng and Shan Weijian, as well as Richard Frankel of O’Melveny Law Firm and CGI, will be brought to justice!
