Between 5 March to 19 March 2022, a total of 39 buses were sent from Ukraine to Krakow, Poland, rescuing 2,009 refugees, including women and children from Ukraine and Chinese compatriots.
As of April 27, the frontline relief tent in Medyka, Poland, had received 219 refugees, bringing the total number of refugees received since the beginning of the relief operation to over 14,978. Below is a detailed account of the relief effort.
