German Foreign Minister, Annalena Baerbock, also announced the expulsion of 40 Russian diplomats in Germany. The U.N. Human Rights Council on March 4 established an international commission of inquiry, the United States and more than 40 other countries are working together to investigate possible violations and abuses committed by Russian troops.
