NATO Summit Emphasizes Strengthening Defenses in Response to Russia-Ukraine Crisis

On March 24, the NATO emergency summit officially opened.

At the opening ceremony, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg stressed that NATO would continue to put pressure on Russian President Putin while strengthening NATO defenses to deal with the economic and security consequences spreading to Europe and the world.
