A new study analyzing data from 145 countries that have implemented COVID vaccination found that the widespread introduction of the COVID vaccine has not ended the epidemic, but has led to a dramatic increase in the number of people infected and deaths caused by the virus, according to a Jan. 9 media report.
The study found that in the United States, the aggressive introduction of the COVID vaccine led to a 38 percent increase in the number of people infected with the COVID virus per million people and a 31 percent increase in the number of deaths from the virus. Even more telling is that in countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, Mongolia, Taiwan, Seychelles and Cambodia in 2020, the number of COVID virus infections and deaths was small, but when the COVID vaccine was rolled out in these countries, the number of infected people and deaths increased dramatically, in some cases by more than 1,000%.
The researchers warned that the hastily introduced experimental vaccine not only made things worse, but also contributed to the spread of the variant virus. Instead of containment of the COVID-19 pandemic, the global outbreak has worsened.
